We get it — sometimes things don’t work out.

  • RETURN POLICY

    You can make a return within 7 days of placing your order for a refund.

  • FOLLOW THE GUIDELINES TO ENSURE A VALID RETURN AND EFFICIENT PROCESSING.

    Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.

  • PRE-PAID EXPRESS RETURNS

    Mail in, drop off or book a collection for your return.

FULL RETURN POLICY

  • All sales are final — no refunds or returns are allowed.
  • In the rare event of a product defect:
  1. Reach out via DM to @likelyliel on Instagram.
  2. Include clear photos of the item and issue.
  3. Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis only.
  • We do not accept returns due to change of mind, sizing issues, or wear and tear after use.




RETURNS PROCESS AND REFUNDS

Self-Postage Return

  • Return shipping fees, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We recommend insuring the parcel and sending your tracking number to us once shipped.
  • Include it in your package and return the item using your preferred courier within 7 days.

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you when your refund has been issued (please allow up to 7 business days after delivery).
  • Refunds take approximately 3–5 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

All returns are considered on a case-by-case basis and at Likely Liel’s discretion. We aim to provide the best experience for our community, ensuring items are unworn and unwashed before being returned.

We ask that returns be reasonable — excessive or unusual returns may affect future transactions. If we choose to issue a refund beyond our usual timeframe or without proof of purchase, the refund may be provided in the form of a Likely Liel discount code or in accordance with applicable local laws.

In some cases, we may ask for additional information, including personal details, for verification purposes.
